Edible ink prints CMYK. We colour-match to your brand as closely as edible ink allows — Pantone references help. Neon and metallic can't be reproduced; we'll suggest the nearest match.
For names or messages per cookie, send a spreadsheet: one row per recipient, columns for name, message, and address if we're shipping to them.

Business days are Monday–Friday. Q4 (November–December) fills early — book holiday orders by mid-November for guaranteed December delivery.
Sealed printed cookies travel well. Shipping is quoted per order by destination and box count; we use tracked courier everywhere.

Send us a spreadsheet of recipients. We label, pack and ship every box individually and share a tracking sheet with you. Ideal for remote teams and client lists.
Printed cookies, sticker cookies, embossed cookies, macarons and gift boxes ship anywhere. Cheesecakes, cakes and coffee-foam are GTA delivery or on-site only.
Cookies are heat-sealed individually, then packed in rigid cartons with cushioning. Breakage is rare; if it happens, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it.
Standard packaging is included. Everything else is an add-on or built into a gift package quote.
Every order is baked after your mock-up is approved — nothing sits in stock.

Thaw frozen items sealed, at room temperature, for 30–60 minutes. Keep out of direct sun; icing colours can fade under strong light over weeks.
Full ingredient lists are printed on every package. Tell us about any allergy when you order and we'll say plainly what we can and can't do.

We are not a dedicated allergen-free facility. For severe allergies, we recommend against consumption and can advise on alternative gifts.

Quote → mock-up approval → invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve the mock-up. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque for corporate accounts; net-30 terms for wholesale and enterprise accounts after a first order.
Orders under $2,000 are paid in full at approval. Larger orders, live events and gift packages with merch are 50% at approval, 50% on delivery.
Change anything free of charge until the mock-up is approved. After approval, artwork is locked and production starts; quantity can be increased but not reduced. Cancellations after approval are charged for materials used.
If what arrives doesn't match the approved mock-up, or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We remake it or credit the order — no argument.
PO numbers, cost-centre splits, and one invoice per location for multi-site orders are all fine. Tell us what your AP team needs.
All prices are CAD plus HST. US and international orders: duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless prepaid is requested on the quote.
