InstaCookie Inc. ("InstaCookie", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through instacookie.ca, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to quote, produce and deliver your order, or to respond to a question.

• Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, company, delivery address, artwork/logos, order details and anything you write in a form or email.
• Information collected automatically: pages visited, device/browser type, and general location (city-level), via cookies and analytics — see "Cookies & analytics" below.
• We do not collect payment card details on this website — invoicing and payment are handled directly, off-site.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, mock-ups and process orders
• To communicate with you about an order, application or enquiry
• To ship your order and provide tracking
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
• To send information you've specifically requested (e.g. the holiday gifting guide)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the couriers and payment processors needed to fulfil your order.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure whether our marketing is working. These tools use cookies to recognize your browser across visits. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, or clear/block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Declining does not affect your ability to browse the site, request a quote, or place an order.

How long we keep it

Order and quote information is kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and repeat-order purposes, generally up to 7 years for financial records as required by Canadian tax law. Marketing enquiries (like guide requests) are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@instacookie.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Third-party services

This site uses Web3Forms to deliver form submissions to our inbox, Google Fonts to load typefaces, and Google/Meta for analytics. Each operates under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.
